We created this website in the hope that it will stimulate your curiosity about our beautiful environment and entice you to visit our town and experience some of the magic we sometimes take for granted! Known for its excellent fishing opportunities, Henties Bay was since its earliest times the
foremost angling destination for many anglers flocking to the coast throughout the year. But for those nature lovers seeking to discover the mysteries of the Namib Desert we offer various 4x4 routes, a very popular pastime nowadays. Small pubs, quaint accommodation establishments and grand seaside villas contribute to the unique atmosphere of this holiday town nestled in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Namib Desert - miles from its neighbouring towns.
